The Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification, offered by the Project Management Institute (PMI), is valid for three years from the date of certification. To maintain your CAPM certification, you must earn 15 Professional Development Units (PDUs) within the three-year cycle and pay a renewal fee. If you do not renew it in time, your certification will expire, and you will need to retake the exam.
